4. Operation and maintenance

 4.1   Preparatory work prior to operation

         After completion of machine set debugging, check and recover the aesthetic property of the internal and external connecting wires; check whether the set values of relays are correct.

 4.2   Start operational procedure

 4.2.1  Transmit electricity to control circuit (the control power source and main circuit share a three-phase four-wire system power supply, the phases thereof are A,B,C in turn, apply oscilloscope to observe whether the phases are correct), close “operation” switch, the operation indicator lamp shall shine.

 4.2.2  Turn the “automatic, manual” changeover switch to manual position.

 4.2.3   Enable the pulse to be at 90°el (i.e., the given potentiometer shall rotate to the end counterclockwise)

 4.2.4  Close the main circuit power source, adopt oscilloscope to observe the direct voltage wave form, the reading on the DC voltmeter shall be close to 0V.

 4.2.5 Turn the given potentiometer slowly to have desired value for the direct current, at the same time, adopt oscilloscope to observe the change of the direct voltage waveform.

 4.2.5  Adopt multi-meter to measure the feedback signal (trigger the voltage of wire size 400 to 02 on control panel), it shall change along with the change of output current. When the feedback signal voltage is positive voltage, it shall enter automatic running state.

 4.3   Shutdown procedure

 4.3.1  Turn the given potentiometer counterclockwise to the end to reduce the direct current to zero position.

 4.3.2 Breaking main circuit power source

 4.4   Maintenance and conservation 

 4.4.1Measure the temperature increment of the equipment at fixed period.

 4.4.2 Measure the insulation resistance during general overhaul every year.

 4.4.3 The other operations shall be measured in accordance with the relevant standards.

5. Transportation and preservation

 5.1   Adopt wooden packing box, in which there is moisture proof cushion and cover.

 5.2   Do not turn over during handling.

5.3 Do not store outdoors. 

6. Supply in full sets

 6.1.1  One set of document, instruction book, quality certificate and the element list is along with equipment;

 6.1.2  Supply spare parts and accessories of the equipment (quantity and spec are defined according to contract and agreement) constantly.

7. Ordering instruction 

      Indicate following informations when ordering: product specification, quantity, load type, supply scope and sign the technical agreement.
